Demonstrating Work

I create original single stitch macrame bracelets and necklaces using wax coated string and incorporating fair trade gemstones and fossils. I weave on a simple handmade loom and can demonstrate my macrame technique through the day at my booth. I source my materials directly from lapidiriasts who I know personally from living and traveling in Mexico and Central and South America and through my son's father who is Argentinian and has connections to fair trade sourced gemstones. Using fair trade material that are sourced responsibly is an important part of my business model. I also wire wrap and hammer metal set the gemstones and fossils to create earrings and pendants using techniques I learned at League of NH Craftsmen. I have been a vendor at area farmers markets and Craft shows since 2007. I will be emailing photos to you promptly. Thank you!
