About the Artist

Self Healing Wellness provides handcrafted items and educational resources that are used to connect us with nature and ourselves. My booth features items like pure beeswax candles, herbal remedies (salves, tinctures, teas, etc.,) handmade hula hoops, seasonal crafts, and premade gift boxes filled with these products. Many of the ingredients found in my products come from Vermont, including herbs that I forage or grow, and pure beeswax from VT hives. Self Healing Wellness is currently shifting to center itself around women’s health education and empowerment. As a certified fertility instructor in training, I offer valuable resources for women looking to connect to their menstrual cycle and enhance their wellbeing. By the time of the event, my certification will be nearly finished and I may be offering my cycle support services in the form of local workshops, 1:1 work, and premade educational packets. If allowed, I’d love to display my educational resources to guide women toward better health!
