Artist Application

Our show features a wide variety of artists including fine art painting, pottery, fiber art, weaving, glasswork, baskets, jewelry, woodwork, sculpture, gourmet food, wellness products and more. Our artists are from Vermont and regional states including New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York. Artists are selected base on quality, price point and range of art mediums, as well as other criteria. Please see the application for complete details.


WAF Application Fee – $15, non-refundable.
Artist Booth Space – $80

Please note there are no pre-tented spaces. All vendors are responsible for providing their own tent. Artists Booth Space is 10'x10' outside space. Artist must supply tent and take appropriate measures to secure tents against wind & weather. 

Important Dates

March 11, 2023 8am – Artist Application Open.
April 1, 2023 9pm – Application deadline for all Artists
April 15, 2023 – All applicants will be notified of results via email.
May 13, 2023 – Booth fees due for accepted artists. Late fee of an additional $10 applied to all unpaid booths.
May 26, 2023 – Unpaid booth spaces will be released. No refunds will be given after this date.
July 15, 2023 – Festival date, show open 10am-4pm. Your will receive your set-up times early this week.


If your images are too large it will crash your application.  Please reduce the size of your images before uploading them with your application. Images must be no larger than 1920px wide by 1080px tall. Maximum file size is 15MB per file. Thank you.

If you are unable to submit your application with images (e.g. you submit but it does not redirect you to payment) then please submit the application without images and email your images along with the name on the application to [email protected]

Donations will be used as raffle or silent auction items, gifts for volunteers or for other future RW fundraising efforts. Tax donation letters for the value of your donation are available by ADVANCED REQUEST only.

File formats accepted include .jpg, .png, and .gif.
